Ashley's passion is to allow people to experience movement with ease. Ashley is both a certified Pilates instructor and a registered Physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic health. She blends her expertise to deliver effective workouts and programs in order to help her clients achieve their goals.

Brittany Versteeg
Brittany has been practicing Pilates since 2011 when she fell in love with it while living abroad. Brittany is a certified Pilates instructor with an education background in Health Sciences. She loves to combine both classical and contemporary Pilates exercises with functional movements to provide a challenging and energizing workout for her clients

Adrianna Kozlowski
Adrianna is a former professional ballerina with over 20 years of dance experience and a certified Pilates instructor through Body Harmonics. With a decade of teaching experience, she loves helping people of all ages discover the strength and beauty of their bodies. Her goal is for clients to leave feeling confident, strong, and energized.

Lisa Johnson
Lisa discovered Pilates while recovering from a knee injury, seeking a low-impact way to stay active. What began as curiosity grew into a deep connection, helping her build body awareness, resilience, and strength. She became a certified Body Harmonics instructor to share her passion and guide others in finding strength, movement, and confidence in their bodies.

Shannon Wightman
Shannon’s lifelong passion for dance inspired her interest in health and wellness, leading to a career in physiotherapy. A registered physiotherapist since 2008, she became a certified Stott/Merrithew mat and reformer instructor in 2020. Shannon enjoys incorporating Pilates in both physiotherapy and group settings, aiming to inspire others to discover the joy and benefits of movement.

Brooke Van Dyk
Brooke’s passion for movement grew from her time as a dancer. A certified Yoga and Pilates instructor, she has taught all ages and levels, from kids to seniors and athletes. Using her dance background, Brooke creates balanced, original classes focused on mobility, strength, and stability, helping clients make space in their body and mind for new possibilities.

With a passion for fitness and wellness, Asini began teaching Spin before becoming certified in Pilates. Her classes blend breath, mind-body connection, and flowing, challenging movement. Drawing from diverse experiences and personal practice, she creates engaging sessions while building meaningful connections and inspiring clients to discover their inner strength through Pilates.

Sacha Thoman
Sacha is passionate about women’s holistic health and fitness, believing movement is medicine. A Body Harmonics certified instructor, she has practiced Pilates since 2003 and taught since 2008, specializing in Postnatal and Post-rehab Pilates. Her classes focus on alignment, strength, and mindful movement, leaving clients feeling strong, renewed, and calm.

A former competitive gymnast, Emily has always had a deep love for movement and fitness. Her journey led her to Pilates, where she found not only a new passion but a powerful way to build strength from the inside out. Emily fell in love with how Pilates makes her feel, energized and strong and she brings that same energy to every class she teaches.
