ASHLEY REDDOX

Ashley's passion is to allow people to experience movement with ease. Ashley is both a certified Pilates instructor and a registered Physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic health. She blends her expertise to deliver effective workouts and programs in order to help her clients achieve their goals.

BRITTANY VERSTEEG 

Brittany has been practicing Pilates since 2011 when she fell in love with it while living abroad. Brittany is a certified Pilates instructor with an education background in Health Sciences. She loves to combine both classical and contemporary Pilates exercises with functional movements to provide a challenging and energizing workout for her clients.

SACHA THOMAN

Sacha is passionate about women's holistic health and fitness. Movement is medicine! Practicing Pilates anchors us deeply into our bodies and develops our strength and alignment from the inside out. Sacha is a Body Harmonics certified instructor. She has been practicing Pilates since 2003 and teaching since 2008, with specializations in Post Natal and Post rehab Pilates. Her classes will leave you feeling strong, aligned, renewed and calm.

ADRIANNA KOZLOWSKI

Adrianna is a former professional ballerina with over 20 years of dance experience, a decade of teaching experience and she is certified Pilates instructor through Body Harmonics. Her love for Pilates, fitness and helping people of all ages understand the beauty and strength of their own bodies comes from a lifetime of training with many of the best instructors in the country. Her goals are for clients to walk away feeling confident, strong and energized.

LISA JOHNSON

Lisa’s love for Pilates began as a personal quest to bring variety to her workouts when she injured her knee and had to take a break from high impact activities. What started as a simple curiosity, grew into a profound connection during this time, as she challenged herself in new ways and cultivated a deeper sense of body awareness and resilience through her practice. Lisa became a certified Body Harmonics Instructor to share her love for Pilates with others and help people find new strength, movement, and power within themselves.

ASINI ALWIS

With her deep passion for fitness and wellness, Asini started her journey teaching Spin before becoming certified in Reformer and Mat Pilates. Over time her teaching style evolved through her personal practice and experience with diverse class types and clients. Her sessions thoughtfully blend breath, mind-body connection and emphasize flow and creating an engaging and challenging workout. She genuinely enjoys building connections with her clients and inspiring them to find their inner strength through Pilates.

SHANNON WIGHTMAN

Shannon’s lifelong passion for dance sparked an early interest in health and wellness, ultimately leading her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Shannon has been practicing as a registered physiotherapist since 2008, and became a certified mat and reformer instructor through Stott/Merrithew in 2020. Since 2020, Shannon has enjoyed using Pilates in a physiotherapy and group setting. Shannon hopes she can inspire those around her to love movement through Pilates as much as she does.

CINDY SUMMERFELDT MADELEY

Cindy firmly believes that aging is a state of mind and body. With her personal experience as a foundation, Cindy speaks passionately about the transformative impact Pilates can have on an aging body. Pilates has evolved into more than just a fitness routine; it’s a lifestyle that empowers her to continue doing the things she loves. As a certified Pilates instructor and dedicated advocate, Cindy finds immense joy in sharing the profound benefits of Pilates. Through classes that are both challenging and fun, Cindy motivates her clients to embrace their potential, helping everyone discover the strength and vitality that lies within.

BROOK VAN DYK

Brooke’s passion for movement stemmed from her time as a dancer. She danced professionally and is a dance instructor with over 12 years of teaching experience. Brooke is also a certified Yoga Instructor, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates instructor. She has taught all ages and levels, she has worked with kids, seniors and athletes. Brooke uses her extensive dance background and other trainings such as yoga, to create a well-balanced and original class. Her goal is to create space in the body and mind for new and better things your way. Brooke’s focus is mobility, strength and stability in each class.
