Studio Policies
To ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all, please take a moment to review our policies.
New Clients:
We believe in building a strong foundation. All clients start with either our Reformer Foundations class or a Private session to learn proper form and technique. The number of classes needed before progressing to higher-level classes varies based on individual fitness levels and experience. For your safety and best results, please consult with your instructor before moving to more advanced classes. Please note you must be 16+ to attend group classes.
Grip socks are required when using the reformers to ensure hygiene and safety. If you don’t have a pair, no worries, they are available for purchase in the studio. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring some water with you.
For your first class please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can get you set up and settled in.
Please note the entrance to the studio is just to the back of the building.
Studio arrival and late policy:
To create a seamless transition between classes, clients may enter the studio 5-10 minutes before class starts. This allows time for the previous class to exit and gives you a moment to settle in.
Late policy: we are committed to providing a focused, safe and effective experience for all of our clients, for this reason, late arrivals are not permitted to join class once it has started. Pilates is a mindful practice that requires proper warm-up and focus from the very beginning. Arriving late can be disruptive to the instructor and other clients, and more importantly, it increases the risk of injury for the person who misses the warm-up.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens, but to keep things fair for everyone, we require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) will result in a loss of your class credit. This policy is strictly enforced to allow time to fill your spot.
Group reformer classes
